Edward is the founder member and managing consultant of AVAYA Business Simulations. A Training, Consultancy and Business Advisory Company operating in the East and Central African region. He is a business consultant and trainer with over 18 years’ experience within East African region, Southern Sudan, Ethiopia, Malawi, Zambia and South Africa. He is well rounded in the areas of Leadership, Management, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Sales & Marketing, Branding and Business Development. He has previously worked with Kenya School of Professional Studies (as a Business Development & Training Manager), Integrated Human Dynamic (SA) (Support Consultant) and Vega School of Brand and Communication (SA).

He is currently a facilitator/trainer with KSG, Insight & Rejuvenate Training, Brains Consultants, Avaya Business Simulations, Integrated Trainers and consultants, F.O Opondo and Associates, ACT Training and Consultancy, Empowerment Resource Technologies, Leading Image Consultants, Excel Marketing and Consultants, Adaptive Management Consultants and Undugu Society of Kenya, Leadership Centre, etc. Edward is also a Director of International Institute of Professional Studies (Rumbek) Southern Sudan, involved with strategic formulation and direction.

Benjamin M. Ngulu (B.Ed(Science)), Moi university (2000) is an accomplished Certified Trainer/Lecturer by profession with wide training experience in management and public administration, Entrepreneurship and Business Development. He has over 15 years, cumulative experience in Training both in Private as well as in Public sector. He has Trained with Kenya Institute of Management(KIM) - Nairobi, Ministry of Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs (KYEOP Program funded by World Bank in conjuction with GoK), Eternity College Nairobi among others. This is on top of having a hands-on experience in Sales and marketing, Customer care and Service; after worked for many years with reputable International Companies. He brings on board a wealth of expereince, expertise as well as creative competitive advantage.
